A broad meeting was held with the Vice-Rector for Academic & Student Affairs of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Ms. A. Stogiannidou, the Rector of the University of Macedonia Mr. S. Katranidis, the Vice-Rector of Administrative, Academic and Student Affairs of the University of Macedonia Mr. D. Kyrkilis, Presidents of Departments, Quality Assurance Unit (MODIP) and Internal Evaluation Group (OMEA) members from both Institutions in a constructive atmosphere. In addition to the President of HQA, the Vice-President Prof. V. Tsiantos and the HQA Council members Profs. P. Tsaklis and G. Tsantopoulos attended the meeting. Issues concerning the quality and accreditation of IQAS and undergraduate study programmes were discussed and an exchange of views was held on developments in Higher Education in Greece and abroad.
